SmartPhoneForums - EA's Monopoly for iOS

I bought Monopoly as part of EA"s holiday $0.99 sale for most of their games, along with a bunch of other titles. Since then, I've become addicted to it due to its great game play experience and decent computer players. EA has done a great job with this one and takes a classic board game and puts it in the palm of your hand. The game starts with a very colorful splash screen with the familiar face of Rich Uncle Pennybags, a character that most remember from childhood years.

EA Monopoly is a landscape oriented game... to automatic switching here. It switches to landscape and stays that way until the game closes. After a couple of seconds you are presented with the main menu where you can choose to play a local game, start a wireless game (Wifi or Bluetooth), change options, or check your statistics. There is also a link to get to more games which is EA's embedded marketing. There are a couple of places where they introduce that... here, and upon successful completion of a game, so not too bad. We will go to starting a local game.
