cell phone help
Hello, i am new here and need some help. I recently changed services from T-mobile to AT&T. I got a new phone and two days later the phone got smashed. i was able to save my sims card though. well i had my previous T-mobile phone supposedly unlocked so i could use it with my att sims card. well i called att to see if they would send me all the codes i needed for the phone to be fully active. well i am not sure if i put the codes in right or even if they gave me the right ones. now they wont help me in getting this problem fixed. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do? i really cant afford to buy a new phone, and att claimed i didnt get insurance on my new one. so now what?

what do you mean they "claim" you did not get insurance? if you paid for it, its on your bill of sale at time of purchase.
how "Recently" did you switch to att? if you are within the trial period, just cancel the contract. if you are beyond the return, then you can either buy out your contract, or purchase a used phone off second hand shops such as craigslist or ebay.
if you are sure you purchased insurance, its on your bill. if its not, then you did not.
