    hang up

try a soft reset and a hotsync again

you might wanna set it in the hotsync that all data overwrites teh palm.

    sometimes that helps

I havent had that issue yet with the 7135

    I don't hang.....

Oh, and if you use Pocket Mirror to sync with Outlook, there is a dialog box that pops up on the first hotsync you need to clear out. Sometimes it can get hidden behind other windows.

HELP - Froze During Hot Sync

I'm in the middle of a hot sync and the handheld froze during "backing up handheld databases." Is there any significant risk to just taking the phone out of the cradle and trying a soft reset? Any other suggetions?

I have had that happen with my m505. A soft reset then I was able to sync and be on my way.
If at first you don't succeed, don't try sky diving.

wont mess up anything except the sync wont go thru. but do a warm reset and try again. if it keeps happening, you may have a bad app or hack...

I too have started having the same issue as stated in the first post. I usually just wait an extra couple minutes and then it finishes. Dunno why it started happening.
