So, what can you do with it?

    Hey folks,

The 7135 will be my return to the Palm world after having been seduced away for awhile. I am aware of the Palm's abilities.

My question is: What can a Palm PHONE do? Specifically, what kinds of things will I be able to do with the 7135 and 1xRT service? Check mail, I guess? Browse web pages? What about voice dial?

    What else?

All of the above and alot more. Browse the web, play games, read e-mail, order movie tickets, play games, check traffic, play music, play games, send instant messages, read novels, and did I mention play games (in full color I might add.)

I hear that you can indeed use the 7135 to play games. Some rumors even indicate they are in color!
If at first you don't succeed, don't try sky diving.

you can use the dictionary PQA (from www.m-w.com) to see if you spelled "recipes" correctly. Yes, you can use the good old 7135 for all sorts of good things. Come on over, the water is nice!:angel2

    Yes... PalmVNC is awesome!

I'm pretty disappointed with games on the 7135... they looked so much better in b&w :p (that was a joke)

Speaking of games... I think I'm going to be all over this Midway Arcade Classics . Yeah, they have all been available for a while.... but now at $20 for the whole set? Sweet!

Ah. Yes. Spelled it wrong, I did. (Didn't this board have a spell checker at one point?) Got a chuckle out of me, though.

No one got my joke, though. In the early days of PCs, critics used to ask, "What can you do with it?" Flummoxed engineers often stammered, "Well, you can store recipes..."

It became something of a computer industry in-joke at the time.

    And www.m-w.com has word games!

Don't know if they are color word games, the 6035 can still hold all of my recipes.

Can you blame him for putting the word, "pies" into "recipes"? It actually seems appropriate.
