My 3 week old 7135 seems to be suffering from too many soft resets (at least 2 per day) and a weekly hard reset. I want to request a replacement phone from Verizon, but I am not sure how best to make this request?

I purchased the phone from our Corporate Verizon representative, but he has been somewhat unresponsive. So, I know I will not hear from him for a day or two when I leave a voice mail. Should I call Verizon directly? If so, what department should I call?
