    Short cut command to Grafiti2?

On the old Palm 3 used to be a selection in the PDA Preferences/Buttons called "Pen command" which could be selected to open any application by pen stroke across the write area.

I used it for the Grafiti 1 when I got frustrated with missing odd characters.

I can't find the same command on the Kyo 7135. Anyone knows if it is available?
God knows I need it now after upgrading firmaware !!!!!!

I believe it was removed from the 7135 because its physically impossible to write a stroke accrose the graffiti area onto the display without lifting the pen, thus creating -Two strokes. :p

I seem to recall hearing about software that lets you assign apps to pen strokes bewteen icons and different points on the graffiti area, so there are 3rd party solutions.

    Here's an example:

That sounds like a nice substitute solution.
Exept it works on Palm OS 5.0 Acc. to the description). I am using 4.0 that came with the Kyo 7135.

    Is anyone using the 5.0?

The 7135 only works with 4.x not 5.0. I don't think there will be any upgrade for this either.....

I decided to try the Quickswitch and it works pretty well.

TealLaunch (www.tealpoint.com) will let you custom map a couple dozen pen strokes to launch apps or perform frequently used functions.
