Can you format SD card from the phone?

I have some weird problem with my SD card, some file int eh root in corrupted and while I can still backup and restore to it, some other apps won't access it saying there is a problem with it.

I am away from home for the next few days with no access to an SD card reader. Is there a way to format the card from the Kyocera phone itself? I have the file manager that came with the 7135 and also have FileZ, but see no way from either of those to do a format.

If I do need to do it from home, I have to admit I am not even sure how to do it from there? Do I just slip it into my card reader (my HP printer) and format that "drive" or is there something more to it?

    Thanks for any help.

Never mind, I'm sorry - I found the option, under the CARD INFO section there is an option to format the card.
