    7135 shuts down

Has anyone had the problem of the phone simply shutting down and needing a reset. This usually happens after a phone call or text message. There is no warning but the screen just goes blank This is getting extremely frustrating and all Kyocera can tell me is that there may be a loose connection with the battery and that I must send it to a service centre. I can't be without my phone for long so I am hoping someone may have an answer.

If this happens often, you're best bet is to call Verizon for a replacement. This phone has known problems and it seems these problems were fixed in refurbished phones.

Some models did have issues. There is a newer version that seemed to be more stable. Personally I had the older version for a year with no problems so it is hit and miss with a replacement.

    Are you on Telus?
