My first problem ("Service Required, Contact Provider!") already solved by emptying the battery (main & backup).
I just left the kyocera without battery for couple days and the system reset itself to the beginning state.
So the message "Service Required, Contact Provider!" didn't show up anymore.

But I've encountered another problem when I enter the NAM programming.
If I press the "111111" code and go to the programming section, usually the system will ask about Lock/Service Code which is "000000".
Anytime I enter 000000, the phone lockup/freezes....
Anybody know how to solve this problem?
Don't tell me to return it to Verizon....
(I live in INDONESIA).........
