    Question Discrete backups

Is there any way to have discrete backups with BBackupBuddyVFS? What I want is each daily scheduled backup to automatically create a new folder on the SD card so that I have a history of backups that I can go back to.

As is, I use FileZ to rename the files on the card each morning – my backup kicks in at 5 AM. This is a pain.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Forgive me, it's been a long time and I don't have the 7135 anymore...but can't you tell it how many backups you want to save so it will save more than one?

I just rename the folder the date of the backup. That way the next gets put in a new backup folder with the "backup" default name. If I have to restore one of the previous backup I rename things accordingly.

    @ pzc,
BackupBuddyVFS does not have that functionality to make multiple stored backups automatically. Use MGuzzy's suggestion, or get a different backup program, like CardBackup, that can do it automatically for you.
