    Reinstalling Memo App

    Something has happened to corrupt my native Memo app; whenever I start it I get a fatal error and have to reset. Does anyone know how to reinstall it?

    Your MemoDB.PDB file on your device is probably corrupt. Most likely deleting that will get rid of the problem. Just make sure it doesn't get reinstalled on your next HotSync.

    It may also be corruption in saved/unsaved preferences files. If this is the case than you need to do:

    - rename Backup folder in the HotSync folder
    - hard reset 7135
    - reinstall apps from Backup (witout DBs and saved/unsaved preferences)
    - reinstall DBs from Backup
    - manually recreate all app options

    Make sure you rename Backup in HotSync folder first to avoid auto-install of corrupted files.
