    Radio Shack now handles 7135 repairs?

    My 21 month old 7135 started needing several soft resets a day, felt like the hinge switch might be going. It's still under the Visa doubling of the Kyocera waranty, and Kyocera tells me to take it to Radio Shack for the repair (Radio Shack also handled my Compaq laptop when it needed repair). Anyone had any experience with this? Am I looking at an exchange?

    have you tried hard-reseting the phone + performing a clean install of all your apps?

    I did one hard reset with a restore from BackupBuddy. I haven't tried restoring my apps one by one because I'd had a couple of months of good operation since installing my latest app. The problem always occurs when I open the phone, and may be a dark screen, screen ok but keypad dead, or unit in the reset sequence waiting for my input.
