    Text Messaging Problem

    I recently purchased the 7135 unit, and it seems to be lacking the text message feature. I've read the manual, contacted tech support, etc., etc. The conclusion that tech support came up with is that I may have a programming issue with my unit. I was told by the tech at Verizon that the software on my 7135 is the most recent version and that they've never encountered a similar problem before. Is there something I'm not doing right? Please help me!

    MO-SMS is probably turned off
    you dont have a 'new'button in the bottom right in messages do you
    yeah go into service programming and turn on MO-SMS
