    Question 7135 automatically answers

    I bought a used 7135 and it was working great. 2 weeks ago, the phone is acting weird. It will automtically answer. I have checked all settings and even brought it to Verizon, who said they no longer sevice this phone. The tech was nice and checked all phone prefs, but the auto answer is not checked. Does anyone know what I can do to stop this from automaticall answering?

    did you try backing up your data and doing a hard reset?? before you restore your backup make a test call to it. it may be a software glitch/

    Thanks, I tried the hard reset, did a test call and same thing!!!! It is most frustrating. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated
