Not possible to do that. Beaming requires the file be initially loaded into the main memory of the device. PalmOS devices can only handle PRC, PDB and PQA files in the main memory.

FileMan by Bit 'n Bolts Software (www.bitsnbolts.com) will beam from the card. It may load to memory first & then delete (says it was preparing file) but it was very quick. I've beamed a 4.5MB MP3 file to a friend's Tungsten.

    Check out:

    MediaManager (http://www.toysoft.ca)

    ReceiveIt (http://www.equattor.com)

They "claim" to handle more/any extensions, and specifically target beaming transfers.

    I haven't tried beaming.

I have tried MediaManager with partial luck on web browsers - downloaded a zip with Xiino3 that I couldn't without it. But I couldn't get PocketLink to launch from a card HTM file that opens fine from within the app ...
