The Kyocera charger will work with 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz. This covers the US and all of Europe. I don't know about Asia. If the power in the country you will be in falls within the above parameters it will work.

    thanks ted,

however, are you sure the TXACA0C01 will work with 220VAC?
Since there are so many generic kyocera charger in the market.

    thanks ..

The 240VAC rating is written on the charger itself. However, I just noticed that you specified model TXACA0C01. The charger that I got the specs off of came with my 7135 and is a model TXTVL0C01. So, I guess I don't really know if the model you specified will work. Do you have a TXACA0C01 charger to look at?

I did a little searching around on the Internet and found the TXACA0C01 charger you are interested in. The web site had a picture of the charger and it is obviously different from the TXTVL0C01. The older TXACA unit appears to be a transformer type charger which is usually limited to a specific voltage and frequency (usually 120VAC @ 60 Hz for the US). If this is the case, it will not work on 220VAC. The TXTVL unit is a switching type charger which has no transformer in it and will work with voltages and frequencies found throughout the world.
