    Antenna wrench?

I have a broken antenna. Assuming my '35 will keep running (see my thread "Complete Restore? below), I will order a new one but wonder what sort of tool will turn the threaded base effectively?

    Thanks.

If you can pull the antenna out at all, especially the skinny part, pull it out about half way. Then just bend it out of the way and use a flat bladed screw driver.

You should receive an antenna wrench with the new antenna. It's just a piece of plastic that slides on the antenna and has two prongs on the bottom.

The flathead screwdriver is a good all-in-one if you don't get the antenna puller.
