    Unhappy Network Connection Problem

    I've had my Kyocera 7135 for 2 years as was working fine, up until last week. I've been getting a error problem "Service required. Contact Provider"
    I went to my carrier Aliant Mobility, and they tested the connection to my phone. They told me it was working fine, and said it could be a hardware problem.
    I was wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem, or has any ideas on how to fix it. If not the Treo 650 is for me

    That would be known around here as the shortened "SRCP" Means the transceiver is not processing cellular signals: phone dead.
    Search for SRCP for some info, some have reported bringing their 7135s back from SRCP death.

    Note that at least some, if not ALL, of those reports were successful in avoid another SRCP for only a limited time before they came back. And when they do come back, they seem to appear more frequently over time.
