How do I use the Phone Edition with Yahoo?

How do I use the Phone Edition with Yahoo?
    by Isaac

There are several ways to get your Yahoo! mail on a PPC Phone Edition device while on the go. You can check out http://mobile.yahoo.com/ for all the details and to set up alerts so you know when new mail has arrived. The following are the easiest and my favorites.

    1. Using Pocket IE and the Mobile Yahoo! site.
Go To mobile.yahoo.com/home On Any Wireless Web-Enabled PDA.

This one is the easiest to setup, with nothing to do but sign in.

    2. Sign up for Yahoo! Mail Plus, an upgrade to the now no longer offered POP/Forwarding premium subscription. Check out http://mailplus.mail.yahoo.com/

Besides the extra storage and enhanced services offered in the $29.99/year upgrade to Yahoo! mail, this allows you to use the Pocket Outlook Inbox to receive mail, and in some cases send it. The caveat to this setup is that some ISP's(including T-Mobile GPRS) do not allow you to use an outside mail server to send messages. The workaround if you are a T-Mobile subscriber is to use myemail.teamon.com as the outgoing mail server. Please check with your service provider or mobile ISP before signing up with Yahoo! Mail Plus.

    Please Explain

What Yahoo client are you referring to, and where do you get it from? I know there used to be one, but I didn't think it worked any longer. Is this something new?
