Dail 6601 using Bluetooth from Windows XP dialer

I am trying to use the Windows XP dialer, (MS Outlook dialer) to make the 6601 dial voice calls but can not get it to work. I want the phone number sent to the 6601 though a BT connection and have the phone dial the phone number. I had a T68i with T-mobile and it worked great.

I have set up both DUN and Serial port (com 9)connections to the 6601. I have set up the Bluetooth modem on both these ports. I can click dial and establish a bluetooth connection on either port. I get no response from the phone side of the 6601, it does not dial.

I have been told the DUN connection will not probably be the right way to connect, possibly the serial port. Does serial port even have access to the the phone side of the 6601? Would an application, like a dialer, have to be written to pass this number to the phone?

    Thanks

Seems like you'd have to be running a specific app on the PPC listening for this to perform this behavior.

I found this app. I have not tried it yet but it looks promising.
