i guess the best time for XBACKUP is right before bed!!!

wow, it is is so slow. i recommend doing it before bed, assuming it works well. i am in te middle of my first backup, lets see how it goes.

can i take my sd card and also back that up onto my pc? as a emergency backup file?

and this will backup all setting right? including software etc?

    thanks

Speed also depends on how fast a memory card you have and there is a wide range.

Yes you can backup to PC with the card after.

Will it backup everything? Well Most everything.

Xbackup works for me if I do a soft reset or make sure all apps are closed. I used to get violation errors. but not any more after I did the reset or close apps.
