Selecting folders and calendar in IMAP?

    Hello,

I know how to select my folders and calendar via Imap in outlook but I don't know how to do it on my PPC6601. Is it possible?

    Boe,

I think you are out of luck on that one, if by folders you mean public folders. It seems that the IMAP functionality of Pocket Outlook is rather limited. For the Calendar, you can sync your office calendar with the calendar program on the PPC, but not remotely access the calendar through IMAP.

Unless someone knows of a better program for IMAP than Pocket Outlook.

IMAP is an email protocol. You won't be able to use it to sync a Calendar.

Sorry, I should have been more clear...I meant sync calendar to your calendar through ActiveSync, not through IMAP.

IMAP4 is a protocol that runs on Exchange 2003 that lets you check your entire e-mail account including calendar from both a MAC or a PC.

You sure about that? I'll have to give it a try later...I never even bothered enabling my IMAP server on my Exchange box.

Yes, on the client end you have to tell it what folders to subscribe to.
