what would you do if you had a bad pixel right out of the box????

is it worth going in to get a new one? i figured if i ever want to sell this phone down the road, it would make a difference to the buyer if it had a bad pixel

I would take it right back and get one that was worth the $600+ that I paid for it. Forget about selling it down the road, you paid a lot of $$ for that thing. It damn well should be perfect out of the box.

    But that's just me.

    No question.. Take it back.

If it was purchased legitimately, I don't see why you wouldnt.

I would agree with you if you were right, but the Palm OS is crap.

They usually say they have a certain allowance for a "number" of stuck or unchanging pixels, so it may be tough luck to you.

But if it were me, I would want it to be grade A perfecto, so fight 'em hard!
