Blackberry Connect on xv6600 or ppc-6600

Has anyone been able to install blackberry connect and connect to a BES Enterprise server? I know that the MDAIII, and SX66 from T-mobile currently has BB connect installed in ROM, and I found an extractable cab for that phone and was wondering if anyone else had tried this. I'll provide the cab if someone is willing to try it. Additionally I am curious if pocketinformant will with blackberry connect.

I would not recomend trying to install it. I know this has been attempted before and didnt work. As far as I know the roms that feature blackberry connect are european roms that will not install properly on our phones. Especially not on a CDMA phone like you bell ppc-6600.

who has the guts to install Blackberry Connect?

    BlackBerry Connect getting closer!

PPC-6700, Treo 700wx, Samsung IP-i830w, Motorola i580, LG Fusic. Mix well, add accessories, consume.

I think it's more that t-mobile's server info is hard-coded into the application files. There are threads over at xda-developers about this... I don't believe they ever got it to work.

And actually i got this file from someone who successfully setup their t-mobile sx66 with a blackberry service from t-mobile. I want to verify that this can be used for my internal corporate BES server.
