    XV6600 modem & Outlook 03

when I use XV6600 as my modem it works flawlessly except for one problem. Outlook will not send any emails. I can download all my messages fine but I get an error message when i try to send. As soon as get home and hook up to wireless Lan the message goes through. Any ideas?

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient."

Above is what is in the returned mail.

In case you were wondering, I posted here because I think its something to do will XV6600 .

    Thanks.

I think what Ehud is trying to say is that the SMTP server that your desktop Outlook is pointed to for outbound mail will not authorize a connection from the Verizon IP address that is assigned to the PC when you use the XV6600 as a modem.

OK. but how do i fix that. I do send and receive from the 6600 without a problem. Just not as modem. Is this something in Outlook I need to change or the network properties on the tablet?

    Thanks again!

Change your SMTP server to mail.airbridge.net - it should work.
