    GPS Recievers

Does anyone have the Seidio h5550 Wired GPS reciever? If so how do you like it.

Alternatively, can somone recommend a good GPS reciever? I plan on using Tom Tom Navigator as the software.

If you're going to use it for navigation, a BT unit would be the best bet. I have Sockets which has performed well. Works with Delorme, OnCourse Navigator, Tom Tom, and a host of other PPC GPS apps (GPS Dash, Vito Navigator, etc.). There are a host of other recievers. If you can find one that uses the SIRF chipset, that would offer the most value. They seem to do better on battery life and have better sensitivty.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I ended up ordering the BT338 and Iguidance. PLus my seido mount has a seperate power out with an adapter cable for the 338 so I ordered that too. No need to worry about batteries
