Yes, people have noticed I've lost most of that "just radiated" sheen I used to have.

Cnet has our audiovox 660x as the cellphone giving off the lowest radiation.

The signal strength on mine is not quite up to par with other phones. I know this because I used to be able to talk to people in the lower level of my house. Used to being the operative word...

To get in on this slightly silly thread...
I've noticed that while this phone doesn't usually get the highest number of bars on signal strengh, it also drops calls at a much lower rate than my old LG PM325. As a matter of fact, there are some areas in Orlando that I used to always lose the signal (and then as soon as I drove another 100' I'd get it back) where I don't think I've ever dropped a call because of loss of signal strength. A few times that I couldn't connect initially, but I'd rather that then drop in the middle.
    Peace ~ Trident

Compared to my old G1000 this phone is amazing. I can talk in place I'd never have been able to with the G.

you wanna see a real slap in the face to motorola read this page of the article
    Ten highest-radiation cell phones (U.S.)

but in moto defense 4 of those phones are friggin ancient and motorolas most popular effort in recent news (RAZR) has a SAR of 0.89

on a related note, you can see photos of the actual setups and instruments used by the FCC to obtain those numbers on their website -easiest way to find the 6600 is enter"HARRIER" in the field marked "Product Code:"
    FCC Search

pretty much any wireless device will show up on ther site too just look on the label for the FCCID and plug it in there. you can search by manufacturer/model too but you have to be really bored since the broader the search the longer the page takes and the FCC site can slow to a crawl if you ask too much of it.

This phone's signal strength is great for me. No complaints.

This SAR thread keeps coming around over and over...
Search must not be working, or not used.

(SAR - Specific Absorption Rate) - for the newbies...
