    Angry Battery Pack Pro V2

I've downloaded Battery Pack pro V 2 and installed it in local memory (not on SD) and after I exit Settings function on the Battery bar the TODAY screen is corrupted (Information in the Owner and Task is garbage). Quite frequently the system soft resets shortly afterwards. (You have to soft reset to fix the problem any way).

I wasted about an hour on the Omega One site looking for help, nothing there.

Did V1 have the same sort of problems? It sure looks like the software has a nasty memory leak. Is this common behavior for Battery Pack software?

(NOTE: I would have used the Search function, ehud, but it has been down all day, even tried Google search but couldn't find anything, AND this also might be a V2 only problem. So please don't flame this noob)

Yep, they are known for their memory leaks.

(Sigh), Damn M$, they have done more damage by the lowering of standards for "acceptable" software.

I don't mind a few bugs like this in beta software, but for Version 2 or 5.5.1 this is crap.

Software Product of the year? This is a pretty immature market when (the next version of) the winner of product of the year has fundamental flaws like this.

It would seem to me that one of entry requirements would be software that was reliable. (And BPP is not what I would call production ready software)
