    Loudest BT Headset?

    Loudest BT headset?

Sorry guys if this is a repost but the search is not working right now.

In any case, I recently bought a Moto HS850 and I like everything about it except the output volume. I have pretty poor hearing and am having so much trouble hearing what people are saying.

    PLEASE HELP!

Try the Logitech Bluetooth headset (not the mobile, the other one). It actually clips to your ear and the entire earpice covers your ear pretty well. It is not cheap, but well worth it.

Are you reffering to the Mobile Pro or the Mobile Freedom?

Heres the link I am looking at

Oh come on, what do you expect out of a phone that costs about $500 , you mean you actually want to be able to hear your conversations?

Ha, I've been praying that one of the patches that's been out would fix that problem, I'm on my 2nd phone, and it still is too quiet when I'm in a moderately noisy evironment.

Sorry, I don't have anything to answer your question, just ranting. (don't get me started on the price of internet plans)

According to Audiovox today, they stated that the new ExtRom 1.36 is supposed to do just that! Make it louder! Give it a try...

I just bought my PPC-6600 a few days ago which has the latest ROM and it is LOUD - almost too loud. I wish there was a way to turn it down more actually!

But as far as a loud Bluetooth headset - can't help much. I have the HS850 which is plenty loud for me. Wouldn't this question be better suited towards the provider? I would think they should be able to answer questions for customers that have special needs requirements.

unless they secretly updated it, there is no difference in volume with that rom upgrade.

I noticed no significant difference, it's loud enough at loudest setting for an office setting, but in the car, or any noisier setting, you can't turn the volume up anymore, have to go to speaker phone still.

I like the Flamingo alot. Extremely comfortable, great sound quaility except in windy environments. They say a wind sock is forthcoming.

    Plantronics M3500

I have tried several BT headsets and the best one for volume in my opinion is the Plantronics M3500.

I have used THREE motorola BT headsets, they ALL were too soft to use.

I have since purchased the Jabra 250v and it is PERFECT.
