Where to download the software that comes with PPC-6600?

So, I was sent a 6600 as a replacement for my broken G1000. The problem is, the morons at Lockline sent me a cable for a Treo, and no software at all. basically I got a phone and a battery from them. Nothing else that is usable.

So I went out and bought a travel charger and a case, and Lockline is allegedy sending the desktop charger and sync. But they claim that they can't send any software or the manual.

Does anyone know where I can download the software for the Sprint PPC-6600 and the users manual? I guess the manual isn't all that important, but it would still be nice to have. But I for sure need the Activesync and any USB Drivers 9and whatever else the 6600 comes with).

    Thanks for any help...

Activesync 3.8 (3.7.1 is whats included but you want 3.8 anyways)

as for the outlook, i obviosly cant give you a link to that but the sprint ppc 6600 ships with Outlook 2002 which i think is the same version as the G1000 so you should be able to use that.

The 6600 ships with Outlook? Do you mean Pocket Outlook or Outlook for the desktop?

It doesn't really matter, I already have Outlook on my PC anyway...

Thanks for the links though, I really appreciate it...

    I'd recommend getting ActiveSync 4.1:

    original software help

My friend upgraded to a 6700 and he gave me his 6600 but he can't find the cd that came with the phone and I am having trouble finding it on the internet.

I've checked the audiovox website and it has only given me a an 'updater' software. Are there any suggestions?

    Thanks Jon

why do that when Microsoft specifically says not to use 4.1 w/ our version of WM2003. 3.8 is all you need especially as 4.1 has show to cause problems if you do not have WM5.
