    Hellp

    Hey guys, i had a hard reset done at the sprint store and you guessed it... i didnt backup my phone. All my info is on the comp but when hooked up in activesync the comp thinks its a different phone. Please help i cant find what i need in search

    even if it thinks it's a different phone, you should still be able to restore the stuff you synched.

    What's the problem?

    p.s. You can always rename your phone to the same name as before, and on the pc in activesync go to file-->whatever-->delete partnership

    You can also leave it as guest and click on restore in active syc and choose the parthnership you wish to restore that way as well...........lol not really rocket science dude......

    ya tried the whole reload thing and it came up with an error

    Yeah No worries.

    I'm glad this isn't one of those stupid conversations where the actual error message is posted and then it provides an opportunity for a solution.

    Me too, because I hate when they give us critical information to solve errors. It's pesky and sometimes downright rude.
