if anyone is familiar with the game sudoko i'm sure you know how addicting it can be. well, there is a program for windows but i was wondering if it can be loaded onto a pocket pc. has anyone ventured into this application? the main site is http://www.sudoku.com/ and the program can be bought there. thanks!

punch sudoku into handango's search engine - you'll get plenty. I'm evaluating a couple right now.

I downloaded one last night, I can't remember the name of it offhand, but when I completed the first puzzle, it hard reset my phone. HAHA, good thing I was just testing stuff out and not actually using the phone yet. I'll probably have a couple more hard resets before I settle in.

There are lots of these available. This is decent free one:

(I can't believe I actually paid money for one of these.)

It's a little bit annoying to unpack it, put the files in some directory, then go create a shortcut.

I created a cabified version of it.

It was just released and it isn't bad at all. They need to keep the introductory price at $9.95 since there are way too many of these programs out there to price it $19.95. It compares nicely with Sudoku Rules (which I should register) without the "cool" sound effects and much better than Cross Numbers (which I have registered).

I also tried out Pocket Sudoku which I'll never register since they warn if you ever change your device, you need to request another registration code. I don't purchase software like that.

    >Ehud:

I used your CAB file, and it worked perfectly. I don't know if they are difficult to create, but I appreciate whatever effort it took. It made life easier for me! Thanks.

Is there an index for the other CAB files listed at
    http://www.myehud.com/xv6600/cabs
that describes what each does, along with any special requirements or other considerations that each might have? I know I could make a somewhat educated guess about these things (to some extent) from the file names, but that seems a little risky.

    Thanks again.
