    6600 Screen Pressure Problems

I was using a screen protector, and had no problems until yesterday, when I noticed that the screen will no longer recognize the stylus, with or without the protector, no matter hard I press the stylus. (Well, I was scared to press *too* hard, but I did press a lot harder with the stylus than with my finger.

However, if I press the screen with a finger tip, the screen recognizes the pressure no problem - it's like it needs pressure over a wider area than the stylus alone.

Removing the screen protector and hitting reset a few times haven't helped. Do I need to send it back to Verizon or Audiovox? Is it possible to recalibrate a 6600 screen, and if so, how? Thanks.

if you go to settings, then system, then screen, there will be a 'align screen' button. Try that.

Align screen solved the problem-I'm embarrassed but grateful that it was so easy. Thanks !

That's what the forums are here for...

We were all PPC newbs once ourselves. Even Ehud was. He won't admit it though. At least not without insulting you first.
