    yahoo mail problems

    hey,

    does anyone know how to get the yahoo mail buttons to work on the 6600? i think the buttons like delete etc. are some type of javascript. anyone get it to work?

    I am having the same problem. I spoke with Verizon and they seem to think it's something with Yahoo, so I tried calling Yahoo today and they were closed. It used to work, for the first month or so, and then stopped. There is a more friendly site through Yahoo where you can delete mail and compose, along with other things. THat site is: wap.oa.yahoo.com. It doesn't look as nice as your Yahoo home page but at least you can do more with your mail. Hope this helps! Good luck!

    I believe IBM's "WebSphere Everyplace Micro Environment 5.7.2 - MIDP 2.0 for Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition" solves the problem also. It is basically a Java runtime engine. I installed it and Google Mobile (maps) and now I can delete yahoo emails.
