As of right now, I'm up to 203132 KB ( 198.4 MB) for this month.

Is there a place on the phone that logs these #'s?

I don't know. I went to the Verizon website and logged in. Data usage (more or less current) is displayed in the right-hand column of the current call usage section on the Account Overview tab which pops up as the default page for me.

PhoneAlarm has something for this, but I'm not sure if it works for CDMA phones or not. My install of 1.27 is currently showing 0/0 KB for current and total. It's never been very important to me, so I've never tried to configure it.

Phone Alarm 1.27 will track CDMA traffic, but it has to be enabled on one of the configuration pages. What is great with PhoneAlarm is it will also help if you are on a limited plan. You can tell it the number of minutes per month, and it will track your usage daily or weekly.

To Enable Traffic: (Ver 1.30 Beta)

    1) Enter Configuration Menu
    2) Select Add-on Tab
    3) Select Billing
    4) Scroll down until you see "Data Volume" and Switch Monitor Data traffic to ON.

    PocketMax PhoneAlarm

Version 1.30 is in Beta - Has one issue with Voice Mail on some Verizon Devices, but it will be resolved in the next beta round.

Calling #Data will result in a text message with your month-to-date kb usage sent to your phone.
