    Bluetooth with Jawbone

    I am having trouble maintaining a connection between my PDA and my Jawbone Bluetooth headset.

    The problem does not appear to be with the earpiece. . .My device Bluetooth Manager indicates that I am connected, but the device will not fire up during telephone calls. I have attempted the fix outlined in other threads (Flight mode Off - Soft Reset - Bluetooth On - Flight mode Off), but this does not seem to have any affect.

    The only way I have been able to reestablish a connection is to delete the headset connection from my PDA and then set up a new connection through the Connection Wizard.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    We have the same phone and headset ... I'm not having the problems you describe.

    If you've used another Bluetooth headset with your 6600 and didn't have any problems, I'd say something is wrong with your Jawbone.
    The XV6700 is a lot like democracy: They're both less than perfect, but they're the best available ... as far as Verizon is concerned.
