I imagine that is based on your connection speed. Are you in a 1X area or EV area?
    Thanks

Yes, this is a good resource. However I'm having a problem viewing the channels. I can view the cartoon channel, but most of the others won't play. I get a message asking if I want to run a system command. When I say yes, it complains about the video codec not being supported by the player, and won't play the channel. Does anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

What are you using or doing to create these streams? Just was thinking of setting up streams of my local channels.

Beats me friend. I would imagine you would only be able to stream one channel though. Not only that but you would need considerable bandwidth. If you just want something for yourself then I would suggest slingbox. You can hook your cable tv and internet connection into it and connect from anywhere and channel surf just like you were at home. They have an app designed for the pda too. Pretty neat invention.

    Codec Errors

    Hello,

I have both, TCPMP and WMP 10 on my SCH i-760. When I try and use the site, it gives me: the following; "Player: Audio codec (Windows Media Audio) not supported by the player!" and "Player: Video Codec (Windows media video not supported by the player!"

TCPMP however runs the stream, not WMP.

    -Thanks

    Open TCPMP
    Click Options
    Click Settings
    Click Select Page
    Click File Associations

Make sure MMS protocol is unchecked.

I was able to pull bloomberg for you. The sites featured on ov-guide do have other channels but they either wont play on the pda or I don't like the channels and they haven't been requested. Like the al gezera network and Home shopping... If someone wants that... why not, but I'm not trying to clutter things up. Let me know if you come across a feed that you like and as long as it is a windows media stream, not flash ect, I will add it.

Not at all possible. These are simply video feeds nothing more. Even if someone wanted to do that, your phone number would never be transmitted to any website you visit... It just doesn't work that way. Spam texts are bots that pick a whole number group and send a mass message to them all.
