Bluetooth Indicator... Does It Change Color? Also... One More?

All right... I switched to the i760 from a Treo 700wx because it had repeated and unsolvable problems.

One feature that I am trying to replicate is an indicator to distinguish not only that my Bluetooth (on my phone) is on... but that my device is connected to it. e.g. I sometimes turn off my bluetooth Jawbone to save battery life (no car charger).

On my Treo... when my Jawbone what powered down, the Bluetooth indicator on the Treo would turn gray... when the Jawbone was powered on and connected to the Treo, it would be blue... indicating that it was ready to use.

    Any way to replicate this?

Also... I have had a few sync problems where I lost information when syncing. I deleted my device and started a new connection. Does this occur often? It will make me crazy.

One more... Is there a way to charge this phone via USB without syncing?

    Thanks from a noob.
