3rd option for app install location? Network?

When installing apps the usual choices are Device or SD card. I now have a 3rd option called Network. I have no idea how it got there nor can I remove it? In file explorer there is a new folder called network which I can not delete. How can I get rid of this? Thanks

Did you install software called "network plugin".

I installed that software to map network drives on my i760. When I install software it gives me that option now too.

Uninstall the software if you have it to get rid of it?

No I didnt install NetworkPlugin. I was thinking maybe I should install it then uninstall it but i'm worried I will then end up with 2 "Network" entries instead of just 1.

Well there ya go! (said with a Fargo, ND accent)... you thought about it and it spontaneously enabled itself on the phone

I too am sure its from an installed app as I've never seen it on a virgin phone.. what have you running on your phone?

well I use a lot of the items in your list, The one that sticks out to me is Resco Explorer. It has a network drive mapping feature that may be generating that option. I don't have it on my phone as I use total Commander, so I can't say for sure but I would start there.
