    Deleting Personal Info from phone

I purchased a new phone and would like to sell my old Verizon Samsung I760 . I searched for the ESN via typing #4357* via the phone screen. This brought up my information. It still has my phone number listed. I did a hard reset but the info is still in there.

Any idea how I can get this information out of there?

    thank you

    Try this,
    Take the battery off
hold the On/Off button down for 15 seconds then put the battery back on.

Did it delete all the personal data, contacts, speed dial numbers, email, etc?

Also maybe when verizon changes your number to the new phone it will remove the number from the old phone. other than that It make take a call to verizon.

If you've already switched your account to the new phone, I wouldn't worry about it. When the new owner sets it up on their account it will be replaced with their number.

Yes all the information is gone, contacts, etc. I only see my phone number when I do the #4357*.

Ok so if it will all delete when someone else activates the phone, then I won't worry about it.

Thank you all for the information.
