Do you have a data cable for your env? If you do head to bitpim.org and use bitpim to get your contacts off the env. Export from bitpim to outlooks contact format and then import into outlook.

You may be able to have Vzw do this or use the "contact backup" to your account and download it. Though I am not sure if that is how the Contact Backup works.

You can do it with bitpim but if you are uncomfortable doing that, the VZW store should have a piece of hardware that will copy your contacts to another device.

Verizon will NOT help you with the i760 until it is released.

True statement. I ended up using BitPim to export to a CSV file, and then imported into Outlook, and sync'd using the data cable that comes with the phone.
