I just ordered mine at about 7:30AM in the Northeast. Cost me $99. That's a great price for a PDA. What's up with the mail-in rebate, will it be sent with the package? I should get it by Monday or Tuesday. For me the only thing this phone is missing is the Rev A option, otherwise it got everything and I think the external, real numeric pad is a bonus. I don't mind the 1.3 cam. Look forward to it. S

    I ordered online this morning:

    399-NE2(100)-ADD(100)-online disc(100)=$99.00

Plus I assume I will be able to do mail in rebate?

And I called and asked for online service rep and got my delivery upgraded to Saturday for 19.99

I ordered lastnight right when it was available on the web. Total was $105. Unfortunately overnight shipping was not an option...

Anyone had any luck talking to a CSR or telesales trying to upgrade their shipping?

    I am getting

    399 - 100(NE2) - 100(online disc) - 50(ADD) = $149.99

I have the $34.99 plan, so maybe that is why I am getting only $50 ADD. Any idea how to get the ADD as $100?

Tried to find my B2B rep, but got nowhere (quote from VZW custeromer service "what is beetoobee?") so I gave up and called telesales.

Telesales says "not supposed to do this as you are a major account, but..." blam.

149.99 after corp discount (no NE2 or ADD mentioned). supposedly I will also get a $50 MIR.

I guess I could have pushed for NE2, ADD, or others, but I don't see em selling this for less than $99.

    ASK

I tried calling them. They said I couldn't get the ADD since I already had a PDA and quoted me $299 with NE2.

Full retail - 50 MIR. No ADD because I used that on the black Q my wife is using.

Too many device changes in the past 10 years.... VZW customer service doesn't even know how to handle my calls...

I guess the upcharge is for having this thing a month before the rest of you.

Consider yourself lucky that you saved an additional $20 off shipping

Telesales is saying that the phone is still not available, do I need to give them a SKU? I dialed 611.

    611 isn't telesales, it's customer service.

    Call: 1-800-256-4646
Enter option 1 twice, nothing at the 3rd.

I called my telesales rep and told him about the extra discount. He said that it should not be that cheap because the NE2 discount is the equivalent to the online discount and you don't get both. So I sent him a copy of the pages where it showed the discounts in my account manager and he adjusted the price. my final price for the phone itself is $99.99 minus the mail in rebate.

Could you please PM me the name/extn. of that rep? Which state did you call from? Thank you.

I just called *611 and the CSR transferred me to "online team"

at first she said she couldn't do it, but then she put me on hold, came back and asked if I was willing to accept the 19.99 charge and said it was done, so we will see.

Just ordered online. $106.49 with tax. I'm expecting to get the $50 MIR as well.

    2 year contract w/new data plan = $299
    ADD - $100
    NE2 - $100
    Total = $99

    Great deal for this phone.

How are you getting the ADD? Since the site explicitly says,

The Advanced Device Credit cannot be combined with other device/handset discount or credit offers, other than New Every Two and any applicable mail-in rebate."
Clicking on the phone gives me a $100 NE2 and then $100 Online discount. Then after you factor in the $50 mail in rebate, the cheapest showing $149.99
