How do I find my phone's ip/mac address

I am trying to connect to my wireless internet at home and my router must be set up to allow the phone to connect. The router is requesting the mac address for the phone. Can anyone help?

From the phone app, dial #4357*
It will show up along with lots of other info about the phone

VxIPConfig and VxUtil from Cambridge software are both utilities that will give you this (along with other functions). I consider them must haves on any device...
