    Lightbulb Name that phone?

IMO the only thing the i760 lacks in comparison to other phones is a catchy name. For instance, Verizon is pushing the "Puke" (or Jerk or Juke). ATT has the Tilt, there is TyTn etc. Is the best We Band of i760 Brothers (and Sisters) can come up with this alpha-numeric designation? I propose we all submit names to this thread and make it a sticky. After a certain amount of time the mods could sift the list down to a few and put up a poll to choose a name.

To get things rolling--How about the "Jilt", in memory of those who left "THE NETWORK" at the altar for a similar sounding device with another carrier. Maybe the "Tur-Tle" in view of how long it took Verizon to release it. ( I suppose the "Slowgul" is already reserved for the 6800 if it ever gets released. )

Well i760 sounds better than those, but how about it, kids? Can't we come up with a good family name for our toy?

HTC designates there devices with "catchy" names, like the Tilt, Mogul, Apache, etc. But Samsung really hasn't in the past.

In the past with the i730, the number has worked very well to represent it, mostly because it's just 4 characters long. Personally unless the manufacturers start calling it something else, i760 works for me. It's easy to type, and easy to figure out...

Problem is, Bauer would want the GPS in the TyTN II, so he'd avoid the i760.

Adam from the Mythbusters was recently filmed timing an experiment with an iPhone. All hope is lost. We need to start loading the telephone sanitizers onto the B ship.

Nah, Jack will have the 6800 or a "does not exist" touch screen version of the 5800, cause you know, Sprint is a BIG sponsor of 24....

Nah...CTU would never be stupid enough to let him have a 6800....it would take a whole episode to upload data back to the headquarters

So how do we all feel about "badass" or are we just sticking with i760

Imma change my profile ahhh, there we go...much better
